What are great BSN concentrations,tips for studying to achieve the degree,and motivation from hearing nursing is hard?

I am transferring to a school this spring and considering entering the traditional BSN program. Is this a good idea being that I was pursuing early childhood education?What concentrations for the BSN program are on your top 5for the best and can you share your study methods and any motivation because people always say "its hard" however I want a rewarding career of helping others.I would also like to know needle fear tips (haha) before I begin PLEASE ANSWER:)
