Urology question

I had a lot of pressure yesterday above groin. As if my small intestine was being pushed down. When urinating sometimes there is burning. There is also irritation, discomfort, and some pressure inside the groin. There is also leakage and pressure from the penis. My hips and lower back were also soar. I also got the chills and my head hurt giving pressure behind my eyes. Also some general weakness. All these symptoms just suddenly happened yesterday.

Well goodness gracious!! I hope you went to the docotor or ER! Sounds like and STD or urinary tract infection.
