ADN to BSN online or on campus, which would you reccomend and why?

I graduated from my ADN program almost 1 year ago, got licensed in september, finally found a job, been at it 2 months. I intended to get my BSN ever since about half way through the ADN program, but I am torn as to where to go back to school. Everytime I try to look for schools, all I find is online programs. I don't know that I want to do it online.
What does an ADN-BSN program entail? Would doing it online have any downsides as compared to attending class on campus? Also the reverse, what upsides would online have versus on-campus?
