BSN Nursing Schools in Alaska

For those seeking a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree within Alaska, they have a choice of two schools. These are the University of Alaska Southeast in Juneau, plus the larger campus at University of Alaska Anchorage. Most BSN graduates in Alaska graduate from the Anchorage campus, 210 students graduated there in 2010.

Tuition expenses are about the same at both schools, and students can expect to pay about eight thousand dollars a year more if they choose to live in campus housing. Anchorage has a lot more off-campus housing than Juneau.
